If you are looking for a locksmith course but are worried about the cost of accommodation on top of the course price then STOP!

At Cornwall and Devon Locksmith Training we offer the accommodation as part of the course, its included in the course price and its the best option in a tranquil park with 3 lakes set in 21 acres of Cornish land teaming with wildlife and ideally suited to either just the locksmith arriving or you can bring the family as our holiday rental accommodation sleeps up to 4 people so you can bring the family. We also have pet friendly accommodation available!
The Living Area
The living area in all of our holiday rentals has plenty of space to relax by yourself or with the family after a day of training and afternoon of exploring Newquay. They all have a gas central heating, a electric fire to give you all the cosy vibes you need. But Newquay is renowned for its amazing weather being called the California of Brittan, the home of surfing in the UK. So We doubt you would need the fire instead opting for sitting outdoors with an ice cold drink watching the sunset.
Kitchen and Dining
Each of our Newquay holiday rentals has a full kitchen stocked with all appliances from oven to microwave, taster to fridge freezer along with all the pans bottle openers and much more.

We also have an area to enjoy your food at the table with the family or by yourself as you look out the window into the parks outstanding wildlife and trees.

Each of our vans has an outdoor seating area with decking or without. It really is a locksmiths holiday!
The Bedrooms
Our holiday rentals that are used for the locksmith training courses accommodation sleeps up to 4 people with a queen size master sweet with large wardrobes and perfect lighting with blackout curtains.

You can opt to bring your own bedding and pillows or we can supply them for you!

The 2nd bedroom is a twin room with 2 single beds plus lots of extra storage!
Shower Room
Our shower room in each van is perfect after a day of picking locks and then a walk along the beach and if you dare a nice swim in our turquoise water but watch out for the seals and dolphins. But once your back to the van which feels like home from home you can have a lovely hot shower before relaxing with a drink by the TV.

Again this is self catering, so please bring your own towels, shower gels etc.
What's on the park?
Trethiggey Holiday Park is only a a few miles from the town centre and the best beaches but onsite we have a stunning park with established trees, Cornish hedgerows teaming with local wildlife and its nestled in 21 acres of park with a large dog walking area, 3 lakes, a children's outdoor play park with a teen agers games room along with a handy tourist information room and ping pong room. Many toilets and showers on site with laundry room, ironing facility, wetsuit washes and of course our hidden gem, the locksmith training room which is located in what used to be the old bar and club house but has now been converted in a locksmith training area with every lock, door, shutter you would want to learn on!

Local Pubs..
We have 3 Cornish pubs at the end of our village road where you can find some amazing food and drinks on offer. Its a short walk for an ice cold drink and full belly!

We also include a meal and drinks for the locksmith as part of all of our full courses!
Local Harbour..
Visit our amazing harbour for fine food with a full street food area at the old Boat House which is a bar on the beach with stunning views of beautiful water and wildlife, boats and Cornish life..

Just take a short drive, park in the car park and enjoy our stunning harbour, bars and views.

Your instructor Steve is also a well known surfer and can take you to the best beaches if you wish to check out the epic surf and if you have never seen surfers in real life then be prepared to be amazed as every car has a surfboard on top, surfers walk bare footed through our streets and we have plenty of surf shops!
You can Shop and Hire!
While with us you can shop till you drop with the best in beach ware, surf clothing to hiring surfboards, paddle boards and wetsuits. Your instructor can even arrange to take you for surf or paddle board or simply enjoy it with the family. With lots of tourist based shops you will find all you need!

The holiday park at Trethiggey in Quintrell Downs Newquay is right by our local farm shop and Spar for all your essentials.

Its only a short 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive. Its right by our local pubs and a train line that can take you directly into Newquay if you did not want to drive!
Best Pasty in the UK!
Yes you read that right! Best pasty in the UK. The best fuel for a locksmith in training is a Cornish pasty and none of that rubbish you by from the fuel station. We are talking the finest in chuck steak, veg and gravy with best in pastry casing. We highly recommend either Malcom Barnecutts or our local farm shop which has a dam good pasty!
